Teutori is the pen name of Finnish painter, illustrator, and children’s book author Teuvo Koskinen. He wrote and illustrated more than 40 children’s books and is best known for his Mandy and Andy series, which features two anthropomorphic kittens.
In addition to his work as an author and illustrator, Teutori was also known for his landscape and portrait paintings. All of his children’s book illustrations were hand-painted.
Teutori’s books have sold over five million copies in Finland, and some have been translated into other languages as well.
