Fritz Steuben was the pseudonym of the German author Erhard Wittek, mainly known for his stories about American Indians, especially Tecumseh, a leader of the Shawnee. After the Second World War the Tecumseh-anthology reappeared ideologically cleaned (or at least superficially politically corrected) by Nina Schindler and is still on sale in this form.
