I have always been haunted by monsters. Everyone has some kind of creature inside them. Everyone is a little dark and strange. My stories explore how our monsters make us human–and what we should do about it. Drawing from a background in nonprofit finance and sociology, I strive to forge understanding between people in an increasingly weird world. I live in Southern California with my family of rescues (animals included).
