I have lived in Brisbane with my husband and family for most of my adult life. Although a qualified Primary School teacher, I worked for many years alongside my husband in our own Financial Planning business. I have has always had a passion for helping others, especially those who are struggling to find their way in life, and have used my experiences from my younger years in particular, when I faced many challenges, including marrying an alcoholic following a demoralising breakup which took me years to recover from, and resulted in bankruptcy and divorce, to inspire my writings.
I have three grown daughters and two step sons, ten grandchildren and two long haired dashchunds.
