Tony award winner Anika Noni Rose is the voice of Disney's Princess Tiana from The Princess and the Frog. An avid reader since childhood, she is a big proponent of children's literature and started a series on IGTV (@AnikaAroundTheWorld) during the Covid lockdown called Bedtime Stories for the Littles.
Anika has contributed to American Theatre magazine and to the anthology Meeting at the Table: African-American Women Write on Race, Culture and Community.
She has performed all over the world, including singing at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Vatican. In 2011, Anika was the youngest person to be named a Disney Legend and is beyond thrilled to be contributing to Princess Tiana's legacy through her book, Tiana's Perfect Plan.
