Noor has eloped with her lover.

The husband is far too devastated to go searching. Their ten-year-old son is too young to realize what has happened. Yet, a missing person case is registered with the police, for it has been several days and there is no word from her. The state police is in a quandary too. Fifteen thousand state-owned CCTV cameras operate inside the city, but none of them have captured anyone remotely close to Noor.

The missing person case is soon transferred to the Bombay Crime Bureau, with SSP Dev Shinde and his team of young Sub Inspectors having to investigate the case from scratch. They will need to question everyone she knew – friends, family and acquaintances. The question is, how well did they know Noor?
