The author has also just created a website in Ireland called on which you can name and shame abusers of both sexes. You can create an abuser's page on the website, detail his abuse, print it off, send it to him anonymously, threatening to send copies to his haunts, his mates, his employer, if he doesn't stop. The threat of exposure is your biggest weapon. If you know a woman who is being abused you can stop it and make her life much, much easier and free of the constant fear of being beaten. Tell him straight out that you're watching him, that his wife/partner did not create his page, but that if he mends his ways, and proves it by his conduct, then he can contact you on his page and ask you to delete it. You will remain 100% anonymous. Even we won't know your identity.

Women often rue the lack of a database like this to check men out before embarking on relationships. Now they can. But they need people like yourself to tell them it exists.
