When a local production of Romeo and Juliet turns deadly, Cori finds herself walking a tightrope between her town's shifters and a group of vampires looking for justice.

As if a murder's not enough to deal with, somebody's stealing items from the local historical society, and Ms. Ellen, her delightfully sassy octogenarian office manager, is showing signs of losing her edge.

This time, Cori has her hands full keeping everybody in line and her town safe and sleepy. Thank goodness she has a sense of humor, a razor-sharp wit, and a motley crew of friends to help keep her sane.
