My Stepdad stretched more than my back...

My stepdad's a chiropractor, so when I start complaining about my back, Mom suggests he gives me an adjustment. The only problem is, as soon as he starts touching me, my body reacts. Can he tell how wet I am, that I'm pressing against the table in search or relief? There's something different in his voice as he talks and then his questions get more and more personal. Is he thinking what I'm thinking?
