The year 2021 marked the first time in the recorded history of the United States that church attendance fell to less than 50%; and Generation Z (those born between 1995-2010) represents the most unchurched generation to ever live. With secularism on the rise and religion on the decline, many Christians fear that Generation Z signifies the inevitable collapse of the church here in the U.S.

What if the fall of the churchgoing majority doesn’t signify the end of the church, but the beginning of God doing something new with His church? And what if the unique characteristics of Gen Z provide an opportunity for the church to think creatively and strategically about Gospel transformation?
