When a fire breaks out in the sorority house behind Rob's house, he rushes over to see what is happening. Several girls in his study group are about to become homeless. Rob offers to house some sorority members as an emergency solution.

Things are complicated because he is infatuated with one of the girls. In addition, the faculty advisor does not realize the homeowner is a male living with the girls.
