Sean has been alone since his unit was destroyed in the first weeks of the zombie outbreak, and he'd planned to stay that way. But when Dani's group of survivors shows up on his doorstep asking for shelter the loneliness finally hits home.

Dani's group has been everything since zombies killed her parents and overran the refugee camp. But her faith in them turned out to be badly misplaced, and now she's at the mercy of a man she doesn't know or dare to trust.
