Kyle Ahrens returns to his hometown after a near twenty-year absence only to find the brutal murders he was accused of years before return - victims have one eye cut out while still alive and then terribly slain for no reason.

Frustrated with the accusations, he vows to find the murderer and clear his name once and for all.
