Against everyone's wishes, Jenny leaves San Francisco to uncover the mystery hidden in her aunt's one-hundred-year-old house in Cook's Cove.

While the police search for the killer, she is wrestling with what to do with her own life. Cornered by grief and the ghost of her dead aunt, Jenny turns to a handsome Irishman for support. She has no idea he's withholding a secret of his own.
