Memoirs of Tom Fewer, who was born in Waterford, Ireland, where he now lives, having worked in the UK, Canada and Bermuda for eleven years.
He is the author of Waterford People: A Biographical Dictionary (1998, revised 2004), editor and compiler of I was a Day in Waterford: An Anthology of Writing about Waterford from the 18th to the 20th Century (2001), and editor of new editions of From the Old Waterford House by Arthur Power (2003), Three Villages by Donal Foley (2003) and The Paper Tide (2005).
He also contributes articles and stories to newspapers and magazines. He was awarded the Tyrone Guthrie Arts Bursary Award for 2003 by Waterford County Council.
