As a traditionally trained shaman, Jeffrey Pierce has devoted more than two decades of his life to finding the reasons behind our problems, to understanding the mechanisms at play in our own lives and in the world around us. By understanding and applying a few simple core principles, we can change our lives for the better, build richly beneficial community, and create a world we are proud to leave to our children and grandchildren.

By reaching out to each other in clarity - even from different positions - we learn to create rather than destroy, building community and deepening the connections that are important us.

This creates a conscious culture, one in which we understand our choices and their implications. With the addition of a few simple rules of thumb, we clearly see beyond the immediate moment and can project the impact our actions will have far beyond the situation at hand.

It doesn't require the intervention of a government, an influx of money, or the actions of a higher power. All that it requires is that you learn to see yourself and the unique power and beauty you hold - and consciously create from your core.
