Carver, a former black ops operator is in town to help a former squad mate, Jaqueline Rhodes. But she's dead and the people behind it want to frame him for the murder.

It's a bad situation to be in. A real bad one. Especially for the people who think they can mess with Carver and get away with it.

Rhodes' murder isn't the only mystery in this town. There's a lot going on in this rotten town and a lot more conniving and dangerous players standing in Carver's way.
