Kevin E. Timm has been an avid reader since he learned to read. Kevin has written stories for himself and others since he was ten years old. Kevin began his first novel in the 8th grade, an overwrought Conan sword and sorcery saga that languished on the blood-soaked battlefield of his imagination. Kevin enjoys science fiction and fantasy, historical non-fiction, thrillers, and The Lord of the Rings. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for 51 years and has four children, 15 grandchildren, and five great-grandsons. He enjoys spending time with his family camping and having crowded, noisy family dinners. He and his wife enjoy traveling. Although he loves all his grand dogs, he hopes to have his own golden retriever someday. Kevin lives at the base of the Wasatch mountains in Salt Lake City, Utah.
