Karen Yun-Lutz started WorD publishing-pgh in 2018 as a means to publish anthologies for the Pittsburgh, PA Write or Die (WorD), writing and critique group. It is also used as a venue to aid our members when they wish to Indie publish their short story collections or novels.
Every dollar donated or spent on books goes to our annual Write or Die reading event, the annual writing/publishing event and future anthologies.
Karen Yun-Lutz is an author, photographer, graphic designer, videographer, video editor and mother to five children. She obtained her black belt in Tang Soo Do Karate at the age of fifty-two and studies the Korean sword martial art, Hai Dong Gumdo. For her day job she works part time as a marketing agent and customer service rep for a print company. She spends her free time co-organizing the Write or Die (WorD) writing and critique group and working as the director of public relations for Confluence, the Pittsburgh, PA SF/F/H literary, music and art conference.
Knee Deep in Little Devils is her first endeavor as the editor for an anthology. She had her first story, The Minds I, published in the 2006 Parsec Ink Triangulation anthology. She also has written and published stories and a novel under her pen name.
