I always loved writing and making up stories as a child, and more than anything, loved reading. Now I write for adults and have thousands of books filling every bookcase in my house (at last count that was 12 bookcases).
Re-reading Thomas Hardy back in 2013, at the same time as reading a Sylvia Day book, started the idea for Everdene and I went back over short stories I had written in the past - and now there's a 400 page novel!
When I'm not working at the day job, I'm either writing, going for a walk around the many open spaces in my part of London, or reading.
I'm currently working on three writing projects as part of my wider 'Life is Short Bucket List Challenge' - more details on my website!
